UltimateBlogger is a three-column widget-ready theme for WordPress that includes pre-styled areas for image ads and AdSense ads. There is a pre-styled block in the left sidebar for a 250x250 AdSense ad block. The code is commented where you can insert your code.
The right sidebar includes a pre-styled div for an AdSense 160x600 block. See the r_sidebar.php code for the comments where to insert your code.
The top of the left sidebar includes a pre-styled div for including paid advertisements. By default it is styled to use 120x90 pixel ads, but you can customize the code to work with other size. The block is 250 pixels wide, so it will accomodate anything up to 250 pixels in width. If you don't want to use the ads, simply look in the l_sidebar.php file for the comments where to remove the code.
All default WordPress widgets have been styled including search boxes for both left and right sidebars, but there's one hard-coded into the header.php file so you probably won't use the sidebars for search. Calendars are styled for both sidebars as well. RSS feeds are styled in the left sidebar. Cloud Tags are styled for both sidebars.
